1- Positive perception of being positive:
When your mind sends you a negative image, try to imagine or think in another way.
For example, when you are anxious, somewhere depicting yourself suffering from a heart attack, you have lost your mind, have lost control of your feelings or have gone into a tantrum.
Whenever you receive your thoughts, try to imagine yourself in the opposite situation, "Walk calmly and with confidence."
At first it will seem silly, but over time your brain will make visualization a reality, you really should try to believe it, it works.
Mindfulness will make you positive, you will be more confident, and you will have a better image of yourself.
2- Practice positive thinking
One of the methods I practiced most is positive thinking.
Why are some people happy under any circumstances while others find it always annoying from the slightest things and always falls into a deep negative.

When you have a hard time, positive words or thoughts find it difficult to make room for yourself;
A positive suggestion is a good way to flood our minds with positivity in all circumstances.

Positive self-reflection is an exercise in repeating sentences or grouping positive words for a few minutes.

When you feel tired, when your thoughts are distracted and you feel lost.
Try to think positively, it is a type of meditation that will bring you comfort, optimism and gratitude within minutes.
Ask yourself the right questions at the right time:
It is the simplest of habits I discovered during the open, but it is perhaps the most fundamental.
The questions that we ask ourselves when we are passive or we face difficulties or unconfirmed situations in our lives.
The pessimist asks these kinds of questions:
"Why does this only happen to me?"
"Why do bad things happen to me all the time?"
The optimist, of course, asks questions that open up new horizons or possibilities in their minds, some of my favorite questions for an optimistic look:
"What is the positive point (s) of this situation?"
"What did you learn from this situation?"
"What is the small step I can take today to start resolving this situation?"
3- Create a positive environment to live in
The people you spend your time with, the information and the things you are exposed to have a great impact on your mood, which will have a major impact on your situation and expectations.
- So choose your friends carefully
Try to spend more time with the people who make you happy and make you feel comfortable whenever you sit with them. And less time - if at all - with the people who push you by being passive and critical.
Just enter the information that supports you. Spend less time listening / reading negative and harmful media for your self-esteem, spending more time reading positive and constructive blogs and books, watching motivational films, listening to inspirational songs and hearing audiobooks or podcasts made by optimists.
4- Start your day with optimism
The way you start your morning can set the tone for the rest of your day. For example, a relaxing morning often reduces your stress level for the rest of the day.
How can I be optimistic during the day?
A mix of three steps that worked very well for me: Ask me a question about gratitude during breakfast, followed by reading positive information online or a book very early in the morning and finally
