We often hear the phrase "work hard and get tired now to rest tomorrow":
We often hear other sayings that also call for diligence in working towards success.
Which made one constantly link the ability to continue to work with the possibility of success and wondered whether success is always associated with hard work?
And to what extent can we take these words for granted?
We all know that someone who works hard and does his best works increases the possibility of improving his income in a way that provides him with a comfortable and comfortable life,
But the problem of working hard is that a person sees him as synonymous with the terms struggle, suffering and effort. When the mind is programmed in this way, it is very difficult for one to know where the strength and creativity is, so we must not think in this way.
We all know that there are a lot of people who do everything in their power in their work, but they do not reach the success they want and poverty remains inherent to them no matter how they seek to get rid of it;
This fact leads one to ask: As long as hard work does not necessarily lead to success, then what is the solution? The answer is to pay attention to "the importance of doing what you love."
Often, some direct their efforts towards actions that were not within their plans, but they later adopted them for various reasons, such as if one of their acquaintances succeeded and achieved more than he expected, or because it was the only opportunity that was available to them. These and similar reasons make one closer to the machine, because he only wants to improve his income for example, so we find him working without an internal desire to work himself, and this increases his troubles even if he does not feel this in the first period, he will feel it later.
On the other side, we find that whoever works in a field he desires will be comfortable even if he has to work more than 12 hours a day.
Rather, his awakening early will not be heavy for him, but rather an opportunity to approach another step in achieving his ambition.
Perhaps one of the most important things that must be taken into consideration is that success, reaching the goal, and achieving ambition cannot be achieved by those who do not have the desire to do what they do. This does not mean that someone who loves his work will not face certain challenges, but will face and may be subject to failure several times and return to progress later on. Here is the fundamental difference, so he who does what he loves even if he is exposed to failure will return and try again, while those who do work do not want it will not tolerate Failure, and if you bear it once, it will not.
So if you went through days that you felt that the energy inside you started slowing down even though you like what you do, then know that this is only a temporary event that will soon disappear and return to your previous era.
"The more you work hard, the more you get lucky," says Henry Ford.
"Success is not a coincidence," Pele says. "It is hard work, perseverance, learning, study, sacrifice [...]."
Oprah Winfrey says: "The big secret in life is no secrets. Whatever your goal, you can get there if you're ready to work hard."
Kevin Hart says: "Everyone wants to be known but no one wants to do the job. I swear by it. Always reap the benefits of hard work."
But is hard work the answer to everything? Is it possible to succeed without hard work?
In fact, the amount of effort, sacrifice, and hours one has to work on to succeed mainly depends on 5 things:
1- Our goal:
Not all goals require hard work
- If our goal is to be happier, to live more simply, to write for fun or to paint for relaxation, we do not have to work hard for that.
However, if you want to become a prominent writer, composer, actor, artist or athlete, it takes years of hard work and you will not find short cuts for it because to develop these skills, you must train for thousands of hours, learn from our mistakes, and overcome our frustrations ... this is the path to success.
2- Our ambitions:
Our level of ambition determines the amount of work that needs to be done to succeed.
The more ambitious we were, the more we had to work hard.
Becoming an astronaut, a billionaire or want to change the lives of millions of people, for example, ambitious goals requires hard work.
Big, ambitious goals require a lot of work, which is why when you are ambitious you have to work hard.
3 - Our versatility:
An example of a customer who was creating an online business directory.
He explained that he was working hard to create it. Every day he went to the job site and manually copied the information he found: company name, postal address, phone number ...
In one month, he listed nearly 900 companies but admitted that he was no longer in power. This hard work drove him crazy.
After clarifying his problem, he was advised to contact the freelance writer so that he could develop a scrapping program for him. I knew it was technically possible to create a computer script to fetch all this information automatically. In other words, instead of working hard to recover this data manually, the computer can do the same job in part time.
After advice, he managed to recover information from 5,000 companies in two days, while it would have taken nearly 6 months if he continued to do this work manually.
What this example proves is that sometimes we can find what saves us from hard work like you have the mastery of what you do.
Our success is not always dependent on our efforts but also on our ability to find ways to automate our work with the ingenuity of doing what we do.
4- Our method:
When we talk about financial success, the choice of our vehicle or our vehicle is important because it determines the level of effort that we must make to achieve wealth.
Some vehicles require hard work while others are more passive.
Take entrepreneurship, for example. This requires opening an e-commerce site, creating an agency, and starting a startup, hard work for at least two years. On the other hand, once our business grows faster, our reputation grows and works orally, we can hire employees or employ independent workers to take care of our work and work less hard.
When you invest in the stock market, the rules of the game differ. The number of working hours doesn't really matter, the important thing is the decisions we make every day.
It only takes some good investment decisions to succeed and grow, here success depends more on decision making and our ability to manage our emotions.
And when you invest in real estate, it's still different. To start with, you must work hard to find real estate, negotiate, collect money from banks, renew property, and find tenants ... which can take several months of work. But once everything is finished, the property is renewed and tenants installed, and rents fall every month without the need for hard work.
To be financially successful, you don't necessarily have to work hard for years if you choose the right method.
5- Our speed:
The plane uses a very large amount of energy to take off, but once it reaches the required height, it takes much less energy to continue moving.
Some projects work like airplanes. Initially, they need a lot of energy and time to take off, but as soon as they go up the speed, they move almost spontaneously without any necessary intervention. This is the case for real estate investment as we saw in the previous section, but this is the case for blogging or any other negative source of income.
When you start a blog, you have to do a lot of work in the beginning. Usually, the blog begins to produce good results from 100 to 200 published articles that require a lot of work. But once you can build a great reputation, you can relax and savor the benefits. For example, one of the first blogs I created two years ago wasn't fed, yet thousands of people keep visiting it every month without having to do anything.
Thus, gaining speed can allow us in some cases to slow down and work less difficult.
